Cowan Things, LLC Return Policy
If there is a problem of any kind with your order you must notify us within 10 days of the delivery date for us to be able to help you. Returns must be received in the same condition they were received in and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cowan Things, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges of personalized or custom items. All sales are final.
Damaged / Defective Items
If there is a problem of any kind with your order you must notify us within 10 days of the delivery date for us to be able to help you. If an item is found to have been damaged during shipment please keep the box your item came in and send us pictures of the damaged box and item(s). If you receive a broken or defective item, you may receive a new item after we have received the item back (if requested) or you have sent pictures and we can determine if the issue was our fault. If requested, we must receive the defective item within fifteen (15) days of your delivery date.
If Your Package Is Returned
If your package is returned due to insufficient address, vacant, no apartment number, package not picked up, or for any reason out of Cowan Things, LLC's control, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping costs. We do not have access to your card information to be able to charge this to your original form of payment so we will send you an invoice for those costs. Non-personalized or custom items can be refunded less shipping costs if you choose not to have the package re-shipped.
