The inserts measure 5" by 5" each. The orientation of the frame does not matter as they are square. The frame (comes in your initial box and sold separately if you want more) measures 5.75" by 11.75" on the outside (inside is just barely over 5" by 5"). The initial order comes with a frame and magnets for your interchangable insert designs. This frame and magnets are for first time subscription customers only. If you cancel and then restart, you will only receive the insert design materials and not a frame and magnets. We do offer additional frame and magnets in our store.
