Subscription Policy
1. Subscription Overview
Cowan Things offers convenient subscription plans for our products. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to recurring automated billing based on the frequency and tier selected at checkout.

2. Billing & Payment Cycles
Fixed Monthly Billing: All active subscriptions are billed on the 5th day of each month. Your initial signup payment will be processed immediately, and subsequent recurring charges will occur on the 5th of the following months.

Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. If a plan price changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes effect.

3. Shipping Schedule
To ensure efficient fulfillment, all subscription physical products are processed and shipped on the 15th day of each month. All shipments follow the geographic restrictions and carrier guidelines outlined in our standard Shipping Policy.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

No Pauses: Subscriptions cannot be temporarily paused or put on hold. If you wish to stop receiving items, you must cancel your subscription.

Deadlines and Access: Once canceled, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Grace Period & Failed Payments
If a recurring payment transaction fails on the 5th of the month:

Your subscription will remain active during a 7-day grace period.

Our system will automatically retry charging your payment method during this grace period to resolve the balance.

If the payment cannot be successfully processed by the end of the 7-day grace period, the subscription will be automatically canceled.
